HubSpot

1. Navigate to your dashboard and select the Assistant you want to integrate with HubSpot.
2. In the Launch section, locate Other Channels and click the Add button on the HubSpot card.

3. HubSpot will be added to the Launch section. Click the Connect button to integrate HubSpot with your Assistant.

4. Then you will be redirected to HubSpot's Authorization Page to login.

5. Select the HubSpot account that you wish to integrate with GuideLite Assistant and click Choose Account button.

6. Click on the Connect app button to grant approval.

7. Your HubSpot app is now successfully integrated.
8. Enable either Automatic or Manual integration.
9. If Automatic is enabled, leads captured in the chat will be automatically pushed to HubSpot.

10. If Manual is enabled, follow these steps:

• Leads captured in the chat will be displayed in the Leads page from Reports section
• Click the Push Leads to CRM button to open the popover and select HubSpot from CRM Tools menu.

• The lead that you have pushed will appear in your integrated HubSpot account.

Whenever a lead is captured by your GuideLite Assistant on your website, you can push those leads to HubSpot, or they will be automatically added to HubSpot.
