Create and Train Your Assistant

  1. On the Dashboard, your Shopify store name will auto-sync.

    • Click Proceed to create your first ShopLite AI Assistant.
  2. A success pop-up will appear with guidance - click Train Your Assistant.

  3. Once the assistant has been successfully created, the user should navigate to the Q&A setup page to begin training the assistant. On this page, three commonly asked questions are pre-filled by default:

    • “What is the return policy?”

    • “How do I cancel my order?”

    • “How do I contact support?”

      These serve as the initial prompts to start customizing the assistant. Users are expected to input relevant answers based on their store’s specific policies and operations.

4.In the left pane, navigate to the Train section.

  • Select Shopify as the training platform.
  • Choose the desired AI Assistant functionalities (e.g., Product Listing, Product Details).
  • Click Save Changes.

Note: Product Listing and Product Details are enabled by default.
