Follow the below steps to integrate WhatsApp with your GuideLite Assistant

**Note:**Before creating your WhatsApp Business account in the Meta Developer Portal, please ensure that the phone number you plan to use is not currently registered with an existing WhatsApp account to ensure a smooth setup process.

Navigate to your dashboard and select the Assistant you want to integrate with WhatsApp.
In the Launch section, locate Other Channels and click the Add button on the WhatsApp card.

WhatsApp will be added to the Launch section. Click the Connect button to integrate WhatsApp with your Assistant.

Then you will be redirected to Facebook's Authorization Page to login.

Select or switch your Facebook account you want to integrate with GuideLite

Choose or create the business profile you want to integrate with GuideLite.
Then Click Continue.

Select an existing WhatsApp Business profile or create a new one and click Continue.

Your account is now connected to GuideLite assistant and click Got it.

Select and confirm the WhatsApp Business number to connect your Assistant with GuideLite.

Upon confirming the business number, the Assistant will be connected to the confirmed WhatsApp number.

GuideLite Assistant will automatically respond to queries received on the connected WhatsApp Business number.
