CSAT

Before accessing CSAT survey, the initial configuration must be set up. If not done, refer CSAT configuration steps.

1. Login to your Dashboard. Go to Reports section and select the CSAT tab from the left panel.

2. You can access CSAT information, with options to filter by date ranges and country, and download the data as needed.
