Create and Train Your ShopLite AI Assistant

On your Dashboard, your Shopify store name will be auto-synced.

Click Proceed to create your first ShopLite AI Assistant.

A success pop-up will appear with next steps - click Train Your Assistant.

After successfully creating an assistant, clicking "Train Your Assistant" will automatically navigate the user to the Q&A page. Here, three default questions — “What is the return policy?”, “How do I cancel my order?”, and “How do I contact support?” — are pre-filled. This marks the first step in the customization process, where users are expected to provide appropriate answers to tailor the assistant’s responses to their store’s specific policies.
5.In the left navigation panel, go to the Train section.
- Select Shopify as the training platform.
- Choose AI Assistant functionalities to enable (e.g., Product Listing, Product Details).
- Click Save Changes.
