Step 1: Copy the Embed Code from GuideLite

1. Login to Your GuideLite Account:

   • Navigate to the GuideLite website and login with your credentials.

2. Access Your Assistant:

   • From the dashboard, find Y our Assistantssection.
   • Select the specific assistant that you want to integrate into your Squarespace website.

3. Get the Embed Code:

   • On the assistant's preview page, click on the Chatbot tab
   • Enable the Public Access button.
   • In the pop-up window, click Copy Script button to copy the embed code.
   
   

Step 2: Embed the AI Assistant into Your Squarespace Website

1. Login to Squarespace :

   • Visit the Squarespace website and sign in to your account.

2. Open Your Project

   • From your account dashboard, select the website project where you want to embed the AI assistant.
   
   
   • Click on the three dots within your project, then select Settings from the dropdown menu to access your project home page.

3. Navigate to Page Settings:

• On your project's home page, access the Pages menu located in the common left sidebar

• Hover over the Home menu within the Pages sidebar and Click on the adjacent settings icon to open the Page Settings popup.

1. Insert the Embed Code:

   • Inside the popup, navigate to the Advanced tab and click on it.
   • Locate the custom code box and paste the copied GuideLite assistant's embed code into the box labelled PAGE HEADER CODE INJECTION .
   • Click Done at the top left corner of the dialog to save your changes.
   
   

Step 3: Verify the Integration

• If the above steps are followed accurately, a floating GuideLite AI assistant icon should now be visible on the bottom left corner of the specified page on your Squarespace website.

Congratulations! Your GuideLite AI assistant is now integrated and ready to assist visitors on your GoDaddy website.
