• Once your AI assistant is ready, test it by prompting it with a few questions.
• Locate Test section of your Assistant to converse with your Assistant.

Example Prompts for Testing:

1. Product Listing:

   • What products are currently available in the store?
   • Can I see a list of all new arrivals?
   • Show me items in the "Accessories" category
   

2. Product Details:

   • What are the features of this product?
   • Can I get the size and color options for this item?
   • Does this product come with a warranty?
   

3. Order History:

   • What orders have I placed in the last month?
   • Can you show me my order history?
   • Did I order this item before?
   

4. Order Status Enquiry:

   • What’s the current status of my order #12345?
   • Has my recent order been shipped yet?
   • When will my order arrive?
